Ru San's is a Japanese Cuisine Sushi & Seafood Restaurant located in the Target Plaza off of Highway 9 in North Fulton County, 30004. There is such an extensive array of food offered here, they need 3 menus. 2 are for the variety of Sushi and 1 is primarily the soups and entrees they offer.

My first visit was early Friday evening around 5:30. Not packed and got a great table near the window. As I enjoyed the food in front of me, I noticed that in only 30 mins. the place was packed full of happy customers. I am sure the word has gotten out about how good the food is here. They have 9 locations after all. 7 in the State of Georgia, 1 in Tennesee and 1 in North Carolina.
I enjoyed a popular spicy noodle dish with shrimp, although I could have had it with chicken, pork, or other meat. It was delicious! See Picture below. My husband had a Soup that reminded you of big Bowl of Chicken Matza Ball Soup.
